Spinal decompression for Gurgaon patients

Gurgaon is our second-largest patient catchment after South Delhi, and the pattern is consistent: long commutes, long desk hours and long meetings, producing lower-lumbar disc loading at L4-L5 and L5-S1 and forward-head cervical strain. Sessions are scheduled outside office hours, and the rehabilitation phase is built to be run at home or in a Gurgaon gym.

35–50 minutes from Gurgaon to Greater Kailash by road or Yellow Line metro

Quick answer

Can I get spinal decompression in Gurgaon?

Gurgaon patients are treated at our Greater Kailash Part 1 clinic, 35–50 minutes away by road or via the Yellow Line to Kailash Colony. The standard course is 12–18 sessions over 6–8 weeks using computer-controlled spinal decompression, Class 4 laser, shockwave therapy, the super-inductive system and hands-on chiropractic rehabilitation, with session times set for early morning or evening so you can attend around a Cyber City or Golf Course Road work schedule.

Practicalities

How treatment works for Gurgaon patients.

Scheduling is built around commuting time, so the intensive phase is clustered and the later weeks are largely home-based.

Your plan

  • Greater Kailash clinic is the closest of our two locations to Gurgaon.
  • Early-morning (from 9:00 AM) and evening slots for working professionals.
  • Yellow Line to Kailash Colony, then a 6-minute auto ride.
  • Sessions clustered 3x per week in the intensive phase to limit trips.
  • Home and gym-based rehabilitation phase so later weeks need fewer visits.

Common patient areas

  • Cyber City
  • Golf Course Road
  • Sohna Road
  • Sector 56
  • DLF Phases 1–5
  • Manesar

The protocol

What the programme actually involves.

Identical clinical protocol regardless of where you travel from — sequenced to your MRI level, not sold as a fixed package.

  1. Step 1 · MRI review and examination

Your MRI is correlated with a physical and neurological examination to confirm which level is actually generating your pain. You receive a written session count, expected milestones and total cost.

  2. Step 2 · Decompression and pain control

Computer-controlled spinal decompression at the angle and force for your level, with Class 4 laser over the irritated nerve root and shockwave for chronic muscular guarding.

  3. Step 3 · Rehabilitation and relapse prevention

Super-inductive therapy for the deep stabilisers, progressive loading, and correction of the sitting, screen and lifting habits that reloaded the disc in the first place.

Most Gurgaon enquiries name a level — L4-L5, L5-S1 or a cervical bulge. Each page below covers the symptom pattern, the decompression settings used for that level and the realistic timeline.

Answers

Gurgaon patient questions.

Where do Gurgaon patients get treated?+

At our Greater Kailash Part 1 clinic (R-43, GK-1), which is the nearer of the two locations — typically 35–50 minutes from most Gurgaon sectors, or the Yellow Line to Kailash Colony followed by a short auto ride.

How often would I need to travel from Gurgaon?+

The intensive phase is three sessions per week for 2–3 weeks, tapering to weekly and then fortnightly as your disc stabilises. The later rehabilitation weeks are largely home or gym-based, so total trips are lower than the session count suggests.

Do you offer appointments outside office hours?+

Yes — clinic hours are Mon–Sat · 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Sunday by appointment), and travelling patients are prioritised for the earliest morning and latest evening slots so a session fits before or after a Gurgaon workday.

Is decompression better than the spine surgery I have been offered?+

For a contained bulge or a contained herniation without progressive neurological loss, a properly run non-surgical trial is the standard first step and frequently avoids surgery. For cauda equina signs, progressive weakness or bladder and bowel changes, surgery is urgent and we refer immediately.

Can I get a second opinion on my MRI before starting?+

Yes. WhatsApp your MRI report and images and we will review the level and morphology, then tell you whether decompression is appropriate and what session count to expect. Call +91 88005 05844 to arrange it.
